FOR THE TOASTED MARSHMALLOW BUTTERCREAM



  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour     
  • 1 cup graham flour                             1 cup (2sticks) butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder          4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda                      2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt                       10 ounces mini marshmallows


  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk

For the Milk Chocolate Ganache:

  • 2 cups milk chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
